Diana Gonzales brings 37 years of leadership experience in the electric cooperative industry, with extensive expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, stakeholder engagement, and executive facilitation.
Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive leadership, boards of directors, and member organizations to strengthen governance, improve organizational effectiveness, and build consensus around long-term strategic priorities.
She holds the prestigious Institute of Organizational Management (IOM) designation from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute and is a Professional Community and Economic Developer (PCED).
