Andy Hentschke is a Central Texas–based professional with extensive experience in ranch management, telecommunications, and arboriculture. Since 2008, he has operated a self-employed ranch, managing livestock health, sustainable practices, equipment maintenance, and market-driven sales to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Andy previously worked as a Premise Technician with AT&T and as an arborist with Cadieu Tree Experts and Carowinds, where he developed strong technical, safety, and problem-solving skills. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Deeply committed to community service, Andy volunteers with the Hays County Sheriff’s Office, serves on the board of Hays County Crime Stoppers, is a former VFW Auxiliary president, and currently serves as Vice President for nonprofit organization Hats Off For Veterans, supporting veterans and their families across Texas.
Andy’s background makes him an excellent Account Sales Director for Maji Consulting because he combines hands-on leadership, relationship-building, and operational problem-solving across diverse industries. His experience managing complex operations, serving customers in high-accountability environments, and leading nonprofit and community initiatives demonstrates his ability to communicate effectively, manage stakeholders, and deliver results with integrity, skills essential to supporting clients and driving successful outcomes for Maji Consulting.
When Andy is not working, he enjoys spending time with his two children, country and western dancing, and hunting.
