- Texas Appreciation Day 1999: Maji Consulting brings decades of proven experience, including the honor of coordinating Texas’ first-ever Military Appreciation Day. On February 16, 1999, the Texas State Legislature held its first Joint Session recognizing the military, with then-Governor George W. Bush addressing the body. Maji Consulting was privileged to coordinate this historic event hosting over 10,000 in attendance, setting the standard for the high-level events we deliver today.
