A native Texan born in Fort Hood, Lisa spent her formative years living on U.S. military bases in Texas, Korea, Japan, and Germany. She graduated from the International School of Düsseldorf and later earned a B.A. in Mass Communication from Texas State University. Her early career included a decade of public service with the State of Texas, where she honed her expertise in program development and stakeholder engagement.
Lisa later transitioned to the healthcare sector, where she played a key role in building hospice and marketing programs for a Level IV hospital. Driven by a passion for organizational growth and community empowerment, she founded Maji Consulting, a firm specializing in strategic planning and the development of nonprofit and small business ventures.
Known for her strategic mindset and ability to deliver measurable outcomes, Lisa is a sought-after leader in event planning and community relations. Her work consistently reflects her commitment to excellence, innovation, and service.
