JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the Maji Regional Account Director, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between clients and Maji Consulting. Your role involves cultivating relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored solutions in leadership development, Human Resources support, marketing and branding, storyboards and illustration, and business development strategies. You’ll represent Maji locally, build community partnerships, and ensure our services drive meaningful impact across the region.

COMPENSATION AND INCENTIVES PACKAGE:
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Regional Directors earn a meaningful percentage of each contract secured through their outreach and client relationships. In addition to competitive commission, the position includes an incentive package covering mileage and travel reimbursement following the General Services Administration (GSA) rates in the state you are in.
