JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Maji Regional Account Sales Director is a relationship-driven sales role focused on bringing new clients to Maji Consultants. This position is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and securing organizations that need consulting services. Once a client is secured, Maji Consulting’s consultants handle all the training, facilitation, and service delivery.
✔ Account Sales Directors bring in the clients
✔ Account Sales Directors build the relationships and close the opportunities
✔ Consultants deliver the trainings and services
✘ Account Sales Directors are not responsible for designing or delivering consulting work
✘ Account Sales Directors are not required to facilitate trainings or workshops
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable initiating conversations with decision-makers. Experience in sales, business development, fundraising, or client acquisition is preferred, along with a strong professional network in business, nonprofit, government, or community sectors. The successful candidate will represent Maji Consulting with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to building long-term client relationships across Texas.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Regional Sales Directors earn a meaningful percentage of each contract secured through their outreach and client relationships.
